This hotel really made my stay in Lisbon special with its comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. The staff consistently went the extra mile to help out, and I enjoyed the well-kept rooms. However, I did experience some issues with my room not matching the deluxe expectations I had and some construction noise during my stay, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The check-in was efficient, and I appreciated the spacious accommodations, but there was a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom that detracted from my overall experience. I enjoyed the gluten-free options at breakfast, but I felt the staff could have been more attentive in summarizing available amenities.
